I cannot rate Cars of Bristol enough. This was the first time I (32f) have ever bought a car on my own. The were by far the nicest garage in Bristol. They didn't try to pressure me into a sale. They allowed me to have a test drive and they discussed the history of the vehicle and provided evidence of a complete service history. I have never felt so 'looked after' during a purchase. I told him the rate I could get on a personal loan and he advised I take the personal loan as their interest rate was higher showing outstanding honesty and a commitment to getting the best for their customers. They were extremely generous in their trade in offer for my car too and they didn't try and make me haggle. I honestly feel so lucky to have found them (on gumtree) and I hope to use them in the future. He even recommended a really good garage for future servicing and MOTs. If you want a quality car and to be looked after but not pressured (especially as a female with little car knowledge), this is absolutely the best place. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was absolutely lovely and a total gent. He made a stressful experience into a really positive one. Thank you so much Cars of Bristol and especially to the really lovely salesman. You're a gem! Best cars and most honest traders in Bristol. Also, they service the car to the point where a 50k mile car looked BRAND NEW. I'm a very happy customer! X
